California based, best known as an illustrator for outdoor and western art for True, Country Gentleman, Sports Afield, Saturday Evening Post, Readers Digest (including covers) as well as a very long run doing nature scenes for Weyerhaueser Timber (a series of which will eventually make it on to the Archives' Artist Vignettes page). Also paintings for United Airlines
(travel posters in the 50s and 60s), General Motors, Pacific Telephone, Chicago Bridge and Iron, Seattle Times.
