Arthur Szyk
(1894 - 1951)
Scathing political illustrator, happy to depict the worst elements of the Communists (USSR), Fascists (Germany, Italy), and Imperialists (Japan) as well as the evil-looking lackies that helped slaughter millions. Note that Szyk was an early in portraying presidents as cowboys.
The Art and Politics of Arthur Szyk was published in 2002
